Contract senior full-stack engineer at Experian building Open Banking/CDR data-sharing products that help lenders and brokers verify income and speed up lending decisions. Day to day: designing and running customer-facing platforms, APIs, services and data on PHP, MySQL, React and AWS, plus guiding safe use of GenAI coding assistants.
The team develops innovative data-sharing solutions that help financial institutions make faster, more informed lending decisions through Australia's Consumer Data Right (CDR) framework, empowering lenders, brokers, and fintechs to instantly verify income, assess affordability, and accelerate lending decisions. As part of this innovative and fast-growing business unit, you'll contribute to building and enhancing solutions that simplify access to trusted financial data, improve customer experiences, and drive the future of Open Banking.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Product Engineering, you’ll design, build, and operate customer-facing and internal platforms across—,APIs, services, and data—primarily on the PHP and MySQL ecosystem and AWS Cloud environment. You’ll also help the team safely leverage GenAI coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Lovable. This will improve delivery velocity, code quality, and developer experience, in line with our AI governance standards.
