Full Stack Engineer

Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 per month

About the Company:

We're not here to run campaigns. We're here to help businesses build legacies.

OOm is one of Singapore's leading performance digital marketing agencies, and we've been growing businesses since 2006. Across SEO, SEM, social, content, and web, we work as true partners to our clients. We are obsessed with their success, honest about what works, and relentless in our pursuit of results that last well beyond one quarter.

Over 8,000 clients. 30+ industry awards. A Premier Google Partner. A Meta Business Partner.

But more than the accolades, what defines us is how we work and who we work with.

We believe in winning together. That means we back great teams over individual stars, make bold calls over safe ones, and build for tomorrow even when today's demands are loudest. We move with conviction, we show up with grit and resilience, and we never stop growing because that's exactly what we ask of the businesses we serve.

The Opportunity

At our company, we're building a suite of modern business applications that help organisations work smarter through automation, intelligent workflows and AI-powered experiences.

While AI is a key part of our products, great software is built on strong engineering foundations. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll build the platforms, systems and user experiences that bring those capabilities to life.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, building products from the ground up and taking ownership from idea to production, we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll own features throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

You'll work closely with Product, Design and AI Engineers to deliver scalable, reliable and intuitive software used by customers every day.

You’ll:

• Design and build customer-facing product features from concept to production

• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, FastAPI and Node.js

• Build responsive, high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS

• Design application architecture and relational data models using PostgreSQL

• Build reliable integrations with third-party systems, APIs, webhooks and external services

• Work with background jobs and asynchronous processes to support complex product workflows

• Build reusable components and shared platform services across multiple products

• Integrate AI capabilities and services into production applications where relevant

• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code

• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews and code reviews

• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance, reliability and scalability

• Contribute to engineering best practices, tooling, automation and documentation

For senior candidates, you'll also take greater ownership of system design and architecture, evaluate technical trade-offs, guide implementation approaches, mentor other engineers and help establish engineering standards across the team.
