Full Stack Engineer

We're working with a fast-growing, early-stage AI software company building technology for a huge global industry that still relies heavily on spreadsheets, documents and manual processes.

They're looking for exceptional Full Stack Engineers to join their growing London engineering team.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to do far more than work through a backlog. You'll work directly with customers, understand how complex operations actually work, turn messy real-world problems into software, and build solutions end to end.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production software across frontend, backend, data and AI layers
• Work directly with customers to understand complex real-world workflows
• Turn ambiguous operational problems into clear technical solutions
• Run customer conversations, write specifications and own delivery end to end
• Build AI-powered workflows around complex documents, data and operational processes
• Make strong product decisions about which customer requirements should become scalable features
• Ship quickly, gather real user feedback and iterate
• Take ownership of major product areas as the engineering team grows

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of software engineering experience
• Experience building and shipping production software within a high-quality startup environment
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend and backend development
• Strong Python experience alongside modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React
• Evidence of building products or systems from the ground up
• Comfortable working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong product judgement and ability to operate effectively with ambiguity
• Strong academic or technical foundations
• Able to work from the Shoreditch office five days per week
