Hands-on full-stack engineer at an Australian healthtech startup building a chronic pain management product. You'll build Flutter mobile/web UIs and Node.js/TypeScript REST APIs on AWS using AI-assisted development practices, collaborating with product, design, and clinical stakeholders in a hybrid Melbourne role.
Full Time

We are a fast-growing Australian healthcare technology startup on a mission to help people living with chronic pain—a condition that affects 1 in 5 Australians—get their lives back. We are scaling rapidly, with key partnerships including Allianz, Bupa, and Medibank already in place and more on the horizon.
You will play a key role in delivering features across our mobile, web, and cloud platforms.
This is a hands-on engineering role with a balanced focus on building polished Flutter user experiences and designing scalable backend services and APIs using modern AI-assisted development practices.
You will collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical stakeholders to transform ideas and designs into production-ready software.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, moves quickly, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality products.
