Full Stack Engineer - ML

About The Team

We are a team of engineers, scientists, and domain experts dedicated to making housing and building development more sustainable and equitable. At Anori, we believe that to meet the global housing demand, we must build differently than we have before. We are developing novel AI solutions to address complex challenges in these industries, driving a transformation in building performance, efficiency, and sustainability. This is a rare opportunity to shape an early-stage company in an extremely meaningful way.

The Role

We're looking for Full Stack engineers with a depth in AI systems. If you're passionate about making a global impact in sustainable building development and you love wearing multiple hats and delivering a new capability end to end, then you could be a strong fit. You might spend some of your time creating AI-assisted user workflows, implementing agentic frameworks, or working alongside AI engineers to validate AI system performance. You will be part of a talented, interdisciplinary engineering team helping build an AI platform from the ground up.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Design and implement robust, end to end production-level software to enable AI experiences as part of a SaaS offering
• Build and deploy interactive web app workflows
• Work with users to understand their feedback and ship features that deliver customer value
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams of software engineers, designers, AI engineers, and domain experts

What You Should Have

• 1+ years of experience building agentic, harness-based or other AI workflows across the full stack
• A product mindset: an interest in taking ownership of features from end to end, including gathering user feedback and iterating rapidly on the design and performance
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience
• Strong python and javascript (React) development skills
• 3+ years of experience building large, complex software systems and web applications
• Strong software engineering/system design skills and excitement about solving complex problems at scale and navigating ambiguity
• A passion for solving complex problems with global impact

It'd Be Great If You Also Had These

• Experience building applications and infra leveraging the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack
• Experience working in an early stage company with rapidly changing requirements

Benefits:

A competitive salary. Equity. Choice of medical, dental, and vision plans so you can pick what actually fits your life. 401(k) with a 4% match. Unlimited PTO with 2 company closure weeks: one in the summer, and one around the December holidays. 12 weeks fully paid parental leave whatever your path to parenthood looks like. And the smaller things that add up: home office setup, a cell phone stipend, and twice-a-year team offsites to reconnect in person.
