Skip the corporate bureaucracy and the uncertainty of VC-funded burn rates. Join a profitable, founder-led SaaS company that has built a market-leading platform for the agency sector.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who wants to be more than just a "ticket-taker." In a lean team of high-performers, you will have end-to-end ownership of features and a direct seat at the table for technical architecture decisions.

Technical Focus

Our environment is modern and pragmatic. Youll be working across the full lifecycle of a high-traffic product:

• Frontend: Vue.js / React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.

• Backend: Node.js, Express.

• Database: MongoDB (Modelling, Performance & Tuning).

• Infrastructure: Cloud-native deployment and CI/CD pipelines.

The Profile

• Experience: At least 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

• Language: Fluent-level German (C1) is essential for our team communication, alongside technical English.

• Stack: Mastery of TypeScript and experience with the MEVN/MERN stack.

• Mindset: You are a "doer" with high initiative. You value clean code, active knowledge sharing, and taking responsibility for product success.

Why This Role?

• Modern Setup: Latest MacBook and high-end workstation with height-adjustable desks.

• Work-Life Balance: 30 days of vacation and a flexible hybrid model (2–3 days home office).

• Health & Growth: Full membership to a nationwide fitness network (8,000+ studios) and a dedicated budget for your professional development.
