Full-Stack Engineer

Descripción del trabajo

At adesso Spain, we’re looking for curious, passionate technologists who enjoy solving complex problems with clean code, solid engineering practices, and a modern mindset.

We’re part of a European tech group with over 10,000 professionals across 60 cities, yet we operate locally as an agile, close-knit team with real autonomy.

We design and build scalable solutions for projects across Europe focusing on creating software that evolves, not just software that works.

Your mission

You’ll join an international, high-performing engineering team, contributing to every stage of the software lifecycle, from design and architecture to implementation and delivery. You’ll face technically demanding projects where quality, performance, and scalability come first, with the freedom to experiment, innovate, and continuously improve.

Our work model is hybrid in Barcelona to strengthen local collaboration, and periodic trips to Germany to bring the international team together, fostering cohesion, shared learning, and a strong team spirit across borders.

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience with Java 17+, Spring (Boot, Security, Cloud...) and Angular / TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs, with a strong focus on quality through unit testing and CI/CD best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures, including message brokers, streaming platforms, and scalable distributed systems.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS in cloud-native environments.
• Practical experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions, including AI integrations, automation use cases, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted software development.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

What we offer

• International projects with distributed teams across Spain and Germany.
• Ownership and trust to make meaningful technical decisions.
• Personalized development plans including technical training, certifications, and language learning.
• A flexible hybrid model with trips that truly add human and professional value.
• Competitive salary, private health insurance, and adaptable benefits.

If you’re excited about tackling complex technical challenges, learning from talented peers, and building software that makes an impact... we’d love to hear from you.

Join adesso Spain and let’s build something worth building.
