If you’re someone who enjoys owning what you do end-to-end, you’ll find the space here to grow, make decisions, and see the real impact of your work.
We think long-term, about the product, the team, and the people who use it, and that shows in how we discuss ideas, make decisions, and support each other day to day. We care more about solid solutions than noise, and we value people with strong judgment who are eager to solve problems that truly matter, in an industry that’s only just beginning to take itself seriously.
As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build features that drive product growth, from creating new user experiences to developing internal tools that help the Growth team operate more efficiently.
If you enjoy building software, solving technical challenges, and seeing the direct impact of your work on business metrics, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop full-stack features (backend and frontend/mobile) focused on improving user activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Design and implement product experiments (A/B tests) and iterative improvements, balancing speed of execution with technical quality.
- Integrate analytics and tracking tools to measure user behavior and evaluate the impact of every release.
- Build internal tools, automations, and dashboards that improve the operational efficiency of the Growth team.
- Partner closely with Growth and Product teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure architectural consistency, code quality, and engineering best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer.
- Experience working with modern backend and frontend/mobile technologies. Our current stack includes Laravel (PHP) and React Native, supported by Python and JavaScript. You don’t need experience with this exact stack, we value strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Proven ability to own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where experimentation and rapid iteration are part of the development process.
- Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and solving problems efficiently.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in Growth teams, B2C digital products, or high-growth startups.
- Experience in the fintech or consumer technology industry.
- Familiarity with building simple data pipelines, internal dashboards, or workflow automations.
What we offer
- Contractor modality with global compensation
- 15 business days of paid time off, plus your local public holidays
- Work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months each year
- Company-provided laptop
- Office lunch
- Join a collaborative, high-performing team where ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning are part of how we work every day.
- High impact & exponential growth: Take full ownership, drive meaningful initiatives, and grow as fast as your ambition takes you.
