• Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate real‑world insights and requirements into new features
• Build and integrate AI‑powered and automation tools to streamline operations, improve decision‑making, and enhance user experiences
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows using internal tools, APIs, and AI‑driven systems
• Maintain and improve existing infrastructure and applications
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability across platforms
• Debug, test, and optimize for reliability and user experience
• Contribute to technical decisions and product direction

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, building, launching, and maintaining production software systems
• Strong full‑stack development experience across both web and mobile platforms
• Solid understanding of modern front‑end and back‑end architectures
• Experience designing, building, and integrating APIs for system‑to‑system integration with internal and third‑party platforms
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment with evolving priorities
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take projects from idea to execution
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with evolving priorities

Bonus Points

• Experience in healthcare, logistics, or marketplaces
• Experience working in startups
• Portfolio – Show us what you’ve built!
