We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a high-performing team supporting a leading Canadian banking client. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern, cloud-based applications that power critical business functions and customer experiences.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions using modern development practices and AWS cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular and Node.js
Build and support scalable AWS serverless solutions utilizing AWS Lambda
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
7+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js and Angular
Proven experience building and supporting AWS serverless applications
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and cloud-native development
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Experience working within Agile development environments
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in banking or other highly regulated industries
Exposure to modern cloud architecture and enterprise-scale applications
