NuNet, a custom software shop for small and mid-size businesses, is hiring a full-stack developer in Toronto to own features end to end — talking to clients, building workflow automation, internal tools, and integrations, and supporting them post-launch. Core stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Postgres, and Cloudflare.
About the role
NuNet builds custom software for small and mid-size businesses — workflow automation, internal tools, and the integrations that hold a company together. You would work directly with the people using what you ship.
What the work looks like
We are a small team, so you will own features end to end: talking to the client, shaping the approach, building it, and supporting it after launch. Most of our stack is TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres and Cloudflare.
Why this role exists
Our client work has outgrown the current team. This is a new position, not a backfill.
What you would be doing
- Build and ship client-facing web applications end to end
- Design database schemas and APIs that stay maintainable
- Work directly with clients to turn vague problems into scoped work
- Support what you ship after it launches
What we are looking for
- 3+ years building production web applications
- Strong TypeScript and React experience
- Comfortable designing and querying relational databases (Postgres)
- Has shipped and supported software directly with non-technical clients
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js App Router
- Experience with Cloudflare Workers or similar edge runtimes
