Full Stack Developer

We are a global modest fashion e-commerce company. We are currently operating in more than 130 countries and providing the content in five languages: Turkish, Arabic, English, French, German by adapting to their local preferences. We bring fashion and technology together with iconic brand and smart operations to create great value for our customers. We invest in each and every customer's experience. We strongly believe in putting people first – our customers, our teams, our partners. We are looking for new talents to join our Technology team as a Full Stack Developer. Are you a technology enthusiast and looking for a new challenge and likes to work within a dynamic, exciting, innovative, scaling up working environment? You might be the one for us.

What we expect from you:

• Work across the full stack —frontend, backend, admin panel, and external integrations. You'll learn fast by doing a lot.
• Spot and automate manual backoffice workflows that are slowing operations down.
• Get involved beyond code — understand order flows, inventory, promotions, and over time drive small projects forward on your own.
• Contribute to modernizing our high-traffic platform by breaking legacy systems into micro-services.
• Ship well-tested, reliable software using continuous delivery practices.

What we are looking for:

Mindset (This matters most)

• Curious, self-driven, and eager to be mentored by experienced engineers.
• A problem-solver who digs in when things break, not someone who waits for instructions.
• Think's like a product person, not just a coder — you care about the end result.

Technical Fundamentals

• 3–5 years of experience in software development.
• Comfortable working on both frontend and backend.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases, networking.
• Experience with at least one modern backend language and one frontend framework. Go, Vue.js, Java, and PHP are a plus, but learning ability matters more.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Git, Linux, and testing practices.

Nice to have

• Any exposure to e-commerce platforms or ERP systems.
• Interest in mobile development, CI/CD, Docker, or distributed systems.

What we offer:

• A real growth path with mentorship from experienced engineers.
• Access to AI-powered tools and freedom to experiment with emerging technologies.
• An autonomous, open-minded team culture where your contributions are visible.
• Impact on a platform used by millions across 130+ countries.
