Full-Stack Developer

We are helping our partners at Risklick, a Swiss tech company working in the pharmaceutical and clinical research field, to find a Full-Stack Developer for their product team.
Their main product, Protocol AI, is an AI-powered platform for working with clinical trial protocols and related documentation.

Responsibilities:
Developing new features and improving existing functionality.
Working on both backend and frontend parts of the product.
Designing and implementing new modules and integrations.
Working with databases and optimizing existing application logic.
Participating in technical and architectural discussions.
Working with documents and structured data.
Collaborating with the product and engineering team in English.

Requirements:
5+ years of commercial development experience.
Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
Experience with Prisma and PostgreSQL.
Strong backend background and understanding of application architecture.
Experience with full-stack product development.
Good English for daily communication and technical discussions.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
A candidate who started as a Backend Developer and later moved into full-stack development would be a particularly good fit.

Nice to have:
Experience in Pharma, MedTech, HealthTech, or clinical research.
Experience with document-heavy products or document processing.
Experience with AI development tools.
