Full-stack developer builds and maintains a proprietary ERP-based business operations and project management platform on ERPNext/Frappe — backend logic, APIs, database models, workflows, and UI, plus AI-assisted features and integrations — owning features from planning through testing and deployment in a small Philippines-based team.
We are developing a proprietary business operations and project management platform that combines ERP functionality, workflow automation, data processing, system integrations, and AI-assisted features. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with around 2–4 years of professional experience who can work closely with the Business Analyst/Product Owner and take ownership of features from technical planning through implementation, testing, and deployment. This role is suited for a developer who enjoys working in a small team, solving practical business problems, and helping turn detailed requirements into maintainable production software.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain modules for an ERP-integrated business platform
Customize and extend ERPNext/Frappe where appropriate
Build backend logic, APIs, database models, workflows, and user interfaces
Integrate ERP functions such as Projects, Tasks, Procurement, Inventory, Billing, and related operational workflows
Convert approved requirements, prototypes, and reference implementations into production-ready modules
Implement integrations between ERPNext/Frappe, internal services, and external APIs
Support AI-assisted features and service integrations where required
Write automated tests and regression checks
Participate in technical planning and architecture discussions
Use Git/GitHub for version control, code review, and release management
About you
Around 2–4 years of professional software development experience
Good working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and relational databases
Experience developing backend and frontend features
Understanding of database design, API integration, and application architecture
Experience using Git/GitHub
Able to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Able to take ownership of features rather than work only on isolated coding tasks
Comfortable working in a small and collaborative development team
Hands-on ERPNext/Frappe development experience is highly preferred, particularly with custom Frappe applications, custom DocTypes, client and server-side scripting, Frappe controllers and hooks, roles and permissions, workflows, REST API integrations, background jobs, database migrations, ERPNext customization, and deployment and production support
