Strong proficiency in .NET and C# fundamentals
Proven experience building ASP.NET Core Web APIs
Solid React and TypeScript skills with ability to build and modify frontend screens independently
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modelling and query optimisation (or strong experience in one with ability to learn the other quickly)
Working knowledge of cloud platforms and services
Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities across full stack
Security awareness including secure API design and common vulnerability identification
Ability to work independently on complex end-to-end tasks
6-8 years of relevant software development experience
Experience with MongoDB and Azure SQL
Familiarity with Azure services such as App Services, Storage, Key Vault, and monitoring tools
Background in financial, tax, or compliance-related platforms
Experience supporting frontend modernisation in enterprise systems
Knowledge of design system migrations or enterprise UI transitions
While specific benefits details are being finalised, this contract role offers competitive day rates reflective of the technical complexity and experience required. You'll work within a technically focused environment where code quality, security, and system reliability are prioritised, collaborating with experienced engineers committed to delivering robust solutions for the financial services sector.
