Full Stack Developer

Tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and deploy features that bring value to trading partners;
• Design robust and scalable technology solutions aligned with architecture targets;
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and Scrum deliveries;
• Perform and maintain automated unit tests to ensure code quality;
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software engineering practices;
• Addressing technical challenges related to the evolution of customer screening and payment ecosystems.

Profile we are looking for

• Hold an undergraduate degree in computer science, software development or a related field;
• Possess more than five (5) years of experience in software development;
• Have experience in micro-services architecture;
• Have experience with REST APIs;
• Have experience with Spring Boot;
• Demonstrate experience in Agile development;
• Have relevant experience in artificial intelligence (AI);
• Be proficient in Java (version 10 or higher);
• Master Apache Maven;
• Use Git/Gitflow tools effectively;
• Be able to use Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence tools in a software development context;
• Design, optimize and put into production software solutions;

This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential to understand documentation and ensure professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
