Full-cycle Recruiter

We are looking for a Full-cycle Recruiter who can independently manage the recruitment process from vacancy intake to candidate onboarding.
The main focus will be international digital and marketing roles.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and build structured candidate profiles
• Analyze the market and salary levels
• Develop sourcing strategies for each vacancy
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards and professional communities
• Conduct CV screening and initial HR interviews
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate test assignments and interviews
• Prepare offers and support candidates through the hiring process
• Handover candidates for onboarding
• Maintain vacancies and candidate information in ATS/CRM
• Track recruitment performance and work with recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience with digital and marketing roles: SMM, SEO, PPC, Media Buying, Content, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, etc.
• Strong sourcing experience through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards and social media
• Ability to write personalized and effective outreach messages
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Experience with ATS/CRM
• Structured, proactive and independent approach
• English B1+
