Full-Cycle Account Executive - Flatbed/Open-Deck Freight

Company Overview

With over 40 years of experience, Beemac Trucking is an award-winning, innovative leader in the transportation and logistics industry. Recognized as a "Top 10" Flatbed Carrier in the United States, Beemac provides asset-based trucking, logistics, port, warehousing, and specialized services to customers throughout North America. We are a 100% employee-owned company operating in hypergrowth mode.

Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced logistics salesperson to help grow our brokerage the right way. Importantly, this is not a churn-and-burn operation. We're not measuring who can drag the most customers through the door. We're looking for someone who can identify and win high-quality customers—shippers who will give us consistent freight volume at fair market rates and grow with us over time.

This is a cradle-to-grave position where you'll own the full sales cycle: generating your own leads, managing them in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, cold-calling, qualifying, quoting, and—at least to start—booking your own trucks.

Location: Remote/work from home to start and moving to a hybrid work schedule in the future. The office will be located in the Chattanooga, TN area. Candidates not living in the area but willing to relocate are a plus.
