Who We Are

Bainbridge Health unlocks the full value of pharmacy data to enhance the safety, efficiency, and reliability of medications. Our goal is to make it easier for pharmacy and safety leaders to prevent patient harm, reduce avoidable waste, and help clinicians regain control of their time. A spin-out company of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, we work with premier health systems, device manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies across the United States. We are venture-backed, growing quickly, and excited to build a great team and technology to improve healthcare.

• Translate complex clinical, operational, and data-heavy analyses into clear, efficient, and user-friendly product experiences.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineering, product, clinical subject matter experts, and customer-facing teams to define requirements, clarify edge cases, and ship high-quality features.

• Integrate frontend experiences with backend services and APIs, including thoughtful handling of loading states, errors, permissions, multi-tenant data boundaries, and performance considerations.

• Improve frontend reliability through testing, peer review, bug resolution, dependency hygiene, documentation, and maintainable component patterns.

• Contribute to a product and engineering culture that values quality, security, usability, and practical execution.
