Builds and maintains user-facing features for CHAMP's cloud-based platform that replaces legacy systems for motor vehicle agencies, working in an Agile team with product, design, and backend engineers. Core stack is React, TypeScript, Redux, and Material UI, with Jest/Vitest testing and AWS/Docker/GitHub Actions tooling, onsite 4 days a week in Cleveland.

As a Frontend Engineer, you will work within an Agile team to build the user-facing experiences that powers CHAMP's platform. This is a highly collaborative role where you will contribute to feature development, translate product requirements into polished, responsive interfaces, and grow your expertise across our frontend stack. You will work alongside senior engineers and cross-functional partners — including product, design, and backend teams — learning from experienced teammates while making real contributions to software that replaces legacy government systems with modern, scalable web applications. Salary Range
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
