Front of House Team Member

Open interviews from 2:30-4:30 pm Monday-Saturday

What You'll Do

Welcome every guest like family, keep the energy up and the dining room ready, and work as one team, because none of us succeeds without all of us. You'll move fast, clean as you go, and take real pride in what's on the plate and who it's served to.

Who You Are

You're positive, dependable, and genuinely like people. You thrive when it's busy. No experience required. We'll teach you the JNN way. Just bring the attitude; we'll bring the fire.

What We Give You

• Competitive pay and flexible schedules
• Discounted meals (yes, the good stuff)
• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), employer-paid life insurance, and vacation for eligible team members
• Life Assistance Program and Bar-B-Q Family Fund, because we take care of our own
• Real advancement. Many of our managers started right where you're standing.

Our Values: Be Honest. Be Respectful. Be Committed. Be Disciplined. Be Supportive.

The Physical Stuff: This is an on-your-feet job. This role regularly involves standing and walking for extended periods, bending and reaching, and moving or carrying trays and other items weighing up to 30 lbs. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
