VALUES WE FOLLOW AND REQUIRE.

* CURIOSITY: Champion curiosity over consensus. What's the real problem? Push past "safe," dig deep, and solve problems with creativity and insight. Ask, explore, and discover. Stay flexible and curious as you go.

* COURAGE: Challenge the status quo (when it's the right thing to do). Turning problems into progress takes bravery and empathy. Ask the tough questions. See through clients' eyes. Make the experience better. And know you're supported, empowered, and accountable.

* UNITY: A win for one is a win for all. There is no "us versus them." Work together with mutual respect and trust. Appreciate each other's differences and build on each other's strengths. A unified front builds a unified brand.

* IMPACT: We make a difference in people's lives. When we know our clients as deeply as we should, our work builds trust and creates meaningful brand experiences. Take Client's purpose to heart and understand our role in delivering on it.

* LEADERSHIP: Build trust, not territory. Know everyone on your team's strengths and goals. Bridge social distance. Value growth over comfort. Recognize success and foster accountability. Cultivate autonomy, mastery, and purpose. Ask yourself: How did I show up as a leader today?
