This role is weighted towards front-end development and is responsible for building, maintaining and improving website content and systems, integrating marketing and sales technologies, and enabling a high‑performing, customer-centric website that supports acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
You will build and maintain responsive pages, reusable components and content building blocks using HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js and Contentful. You will partner closely with Design, Marketing, Sales and RevOps teams to ensure the site remains scalable, performant, compliant, and commercially effective.
While this is primarily a front-end role, you will need practical back-end knowledge of APIs, integrations, data structures and data flows. The role is ideal for a curious developer who is hungry to learn and ready to take greater ownership, expand technical responsibility, and support our roadmap of continuous website improvement and experimentation.
Role Responsibilities:
Front-end Development, CMS & Technical Implementation
- Manage and update website pages, templates, reusable components and content building blocks on Moneycorp.com using Contentful.

- Support back‑end development tasks including API integrations, data handling, and server-side logic.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility compliance, and optimisation for speed, Core Web Vitals and performance.
Platform Integrations & Martech Enablement
- Manage integrations across forms, HubSpot, CRM systems, analytics, tracking tools and other marketing platforms.
- Implement and maintain schema, tagging, cookies and tracking scripts through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to support reliable analytics and attribution.
- Collaborate with RevOps to ensure high-quality data flows and accurate measurement across the funnel.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) & Experimentation
- Contribute to the CRO program including A/B test setup, implementation, monitoring, experimentation and reporting.
- Implement front‑end and logic changes required for experiments across landing pages and product pages.
- Analyse user behaviour, identify friction points, and propose improvements to enhance lead generation and conversion.
Technical SEO / AEO Implementation & Web Performance
- Own the implementation of technical SEO improvements, including crawlability, indexation, metadata, canonical tags, structured data, redirects, internal linking and content optimisation, informed by SEMrush and Google Search Console.
- Partner with Marketing to translate organic search priorities into front-end, CMS and technical enhancements, with an understanding of how JavaScript rendering and component design affect search visibility.
- Use analytics and behaviour tools, including GA4, GTM and Crazy Egg, to identify performance issues and opportunities for UX, conversion or SEO optimisation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Designer to transform UI/UX requirements into responsive, high-quality web experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and improve page-level conversion.
- Support content and campaign launches, ensuring landing pages and templates function correctly.
Quality, Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Debug and resolve website issues, bugs, CMS and integration issues, providing clear reproduction steps, evidence and requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and adopt best practices for maintainability, accessibility, security and performance.
- Maintain documentation for features, processes, and integrations to support operational efficiency
Competitor & Market Insight
- Monitor competitor websites for UX, design, conversion tools, and best‑of‑breed practices that could be applied to Moneycorp.
- Share recommendations for innovation, improvements, and emerging trends.
