📋 Job Requirements:
- Cold calling, emailing, and lead generation (including LinkedIn prospecting)
- Understanding of US freight brokerage: FTL/LTL, lanes, rates, and margins
- Knowledge of equipment types: dry van, reefer, flatbed
- Ability to prepare rate quotes based on market conditions
- Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) — a plus
- Experience with CRM systems — a plus
- Basic knowledge of US geography and major freight markets — a plus
