Responsibilities The Opportunity At PepsiCo, we are transforming the way we plan, analyze, and make business decisions by combining Finance expertise with digital capabilities and advanced planning technologies. As part of PepsiCo’s global Plan capability, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) is a key enabler of this transformation. The platform provides an integrated and predictive planning environment that helps Finance teams streamline planning processes, improve data connectivity, and enable more agile decision-making. IBM Planning Analytics is currently deployed across multiple PepsiCo sectors and continues to expand globally. As part of the Global Digital Planning team, you will support the continued evolution of the solution across PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) and LATAM Foods. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and the Business. You will work closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into practical solutions, and continuously improve the way planning processes are executed. You will have the opportunity to build expertise across FP&A, financial planning technology, data analytics, and digital transformation, while working with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization. Your Impact As a Finance Support Analyst your responsibilities will include: Support critical FP&A and planning processes, including month-end close, forecasting and budgeting, by leveraging data, technology, and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders including Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Control, and other teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IBM Planning Analytics solutions. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), providing day-to-day support to end-users and helping them effectively leverage the platform for their planning activities. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and streamline processes, challenging existing ways of working and helping drive continuous improvement across planning activities. Lead issue resolution from identification through closure, analyzing root causes, defining action plans, prioritizing and escalating critical issues when required. Partner with IT and external consulting teams to communicate business requirements, coordinate fixes and enhancements, and support successful implementation. Support system testing and releases, ensuring new functionality and changes meet business requirements and maintain the stability of critical planning processes. Develop and deliver training and enablement for users across different levels of the organization, supporting adoption of new functionality and ways of working. Understand and work with scripts, workflows and system logic supporting IBM Planning Analytics and related processes, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams. This role does not require software development expertise but does require the ability to understand technical concepts and assess their impact on Finance processes. Qualifications Experience & Skills 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Financial Reporting, or a related Finance area. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and translate business needs into practical solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, IT and other functional teams. Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and processes. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving business requirements. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). Experience or familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools, such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with financial planning systems, data analytics, automation, or digital finance solutions is a plus. Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, Alteryx, scripting or other planning and automation technologies is a plus.
