Founding product designer at clera who owns all design for an AI-powered enterprise integration platform, creating experiences where users and coding agents build, deploy, and monitor integrations together. The role includes shipping production frontend code in React/TypeScript and establishing the product's design system.
As the founding product designer, you will own design across an AI-powered integration platform, working directly with product leadership. You will shape how people and coding agents build integrations together, and how teams deploy and monitor them in production, while establishing the product's design foundations.
Design experiences where users and coding agents collaborate to build enterprise integrations.
Design platform workflows for deployments, runtime, observability, and logs.
Build and ship production frontend code in React and TypeScript without handing off implementation.
Establish the design language, component system, and interaction patterns for future product development.
Partner with product leadership on product direction and design decisions.
One to five years of product design experience, with shipped work demonstrating strong craft, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
Experience designing technical B2B SaaS products, ideally including AI-native products, developer tools, or observability interfaces.
Understanding of agentic experiences or human-computer interaction patterns.
Proficiency implementing production frontend experiences in React and TypeScript.
Fluency with Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools for high-fidelity design and prototyping.
Experience establishing design systems or component libraries and working closely with product leaders.
Interest in a fast-paced, in-person role at an early-stage company.
Annual salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD, plus meaningful equity and full health coverage. Visa sponsorship is available.
