Founding Full Stack / Applied AI Engineer

Cora AI | Founding Full Stack / Applied AI Engineer | REMOTE (US ONLY, LA/SF preferred) | Full-time | $190–250k + early equity

We build customer success agents and account intelligence that do the actual manual work — so CS teams can focus on the relationship-driven work that drives growth.

What we're looking for:

- You build with AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code) as a force multiplier — not occasionally, as your default

- You've shipped something with LLMs in production (agents, RAG, evals — not just wrappers)

- Comfortable owning a customer-facing feature from idea to production without a lot of hand-holding

- Based in the US — SF Bay Area or LA strongly preferred.

Why Cora:

- Work on cutting-edge applied AI: voice agents, knowledge graphs, multi-agent systems, evals, simulations, and more

- Real users, real impact, high autonomy

- Fast, fair interview loop — no BS

- Fully covered healthcare for you and your dependents

- 401(k) plan

- Flexible time off
