The Opportunity: Equity & Commitment

This is a founding member position for a true entrepreneur. No guts, no glory. We are seeking a partner ready to walk the talk and help build a category defining company. • Equity package: a negotiated amount of founder equity. • Commission (bootstrap phase): we are bootstrapping and none of the co-founders or CXOs are taking salaries, but you earn commission on any revenue closed from business you generate. • Time commitment: part time (minimum 10 to 20 hours per week) is acceptable during the bootstrap phase. • Activation: a competitive salary and attractive stock package activate on the successful close of our fundraising round. Mandatory filter: please do not apply if you are going to ask for a salary. This is an equity driven role with commission as a bonus.

The Role: Founding BDR (the “Doer”) We are hiring a part time business development contractor to open doors. You will find the right prospects and investors, reach them across the channels that work, and grow awareness of what Sincerity can do. This is a builder’s seat: you will shape the outreach playbook as you run it, and your work will directly shape our early traction story. What You’ll Do Find prospects and investors. • Build and qualify a pipeline of software builders and platforms who would embed Sincerity, plus investors aligned with our stage and thesis. • Research target accounts and decision makers, and keep a clean, prioritized list of who to reach and why.

Run the outreach. • Reach targets through email, LinkedIn, and any other avenue that earns a reply, from warm intros to events and communities. • Write outreach that sparks curiosity and invites prospects to try Sincerity and submit a video to see how it works and what it surfaces. • Follow up with discipline, book conversations, and hand off qualified interest to the founder. Grow the brand. • Raise Voicera’s visibility with the people who matter, so the name is already familiar when we reach out. • Spot the channels, partners, and conversations where credibility intelligence belongs, and put Voicera into them. • Feed what you hear in the market back to the team so our messaging keeps getting sharper. Who You Are • Hungry and resilient: 1 to 2 years in sales or lead generation. You have been in the trenches and want a big swing opportunity where your impact is visible. • Self starter: you do not need a playbook handed to you, you help write it, and you are comfortable with the controlled chaos of a startup. • Competitive: you want to be the top performer so that when we scale the team, you are the natural choice to lead it. • Tech savvy: you understand the AI and SaaS landscape and can speak comfortably about technology and data driven insights. Why Join Us • Career path: we are looking for our future BDR manager. Hit your milestones and you get the first shot at building and leading the team as we grow. • Direct access: work directly with the executive team (CRO and CEO) for a masterclass in go to market strategy and startup scaling. • Flexibility: this is a remote role. During the bootstrap phase we are open to full time or a high impact part time (minimum 20 hours per week) commitment for the right person. Qualifications • 1 to 2 years of outbound sales experience (BDR or SDR experience preferred). • Proven track record of hitting activity and meeting set goals. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can hook a lead in 30 seconds. • A no excuses mindset.
