This is an entrepreneurial sales opportunity focused on building and accelerating commercial growth across Latin America. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing. The role has a strong focus on Mexico while contributing to expansion across the broader LATAM enterprise market. You’ll engage primarily with HR leaders and Talent Acquisition teams, helping them address hiring challenges through technology and AI. As an early commercial hire, you’ll have meaningful influence over go-to-market strategy, market development, and sales processes. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly autonomous, with significant room to shape the business as it scales.

• Own the complete B2B sales cycle, including target-account identification, outbound prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closing.

• Build, manage, and continuously develop a healthy pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects across Mexico and the broader LATAM region.

• Engage HR leaders and Talent Acquisition stakeholders through consultative conversations that uncover hiring challenges, business needs, and opportunities for technology-driven solutions.

• Consistently work toward and achieve sales targets, maintaining strong momentum throughout the sales process.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams to improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and the overall customer journey.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity data, and forecasts to support effective commercial decision-making.

• Identify strategic partnerships and emerging growth opportunities across Latin America.

• Contribute to the evolution of the regional go-to-market strategy as the business expands beyond Mexico.

• Share customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to help shape sales strategy and regional expansion priorities.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience, with demonstrated ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting through signed contracts.

• Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and broader LATAM enterprise landscape, including procurement processes and complex enterprise buying dynamics.

• Proven and consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and commercial targets.

• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers, ideally within HRTech, AI, SaaS, recruitment technology, or another B2B technology environment.

• Native-level Spanish and strong professional English, with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders. Portuguese is a plus.

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, with strong pipeline management, forecasting, and data-quality discipline.

• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, take ownership, and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment.

• Commercial curiosity and the ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.

Benefits

• Fully remote working environment.

• Opportunity to help build and scale a LATAM market from an early stage.

• High level of ownership and direct influence over regional sales and go-to-market strategy.

• Exposure to mid-market and enterprise customers across Mexico and Latin America.

• Opportunity to work at the intersection of HR technology, SaaS, AI, and modern recruitment solutions.

• Entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with significant room for professional growth.

• Collaborative work with Marketing, SDR, Customer Success, and other commercial functions.

• Compensation details to be determined according to the applicable local market and employment structure.
