The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own customer accounts end to end in a hands-on engineering role, acting as the main technical contact from diagnosis through delivery. Configure and support automated solutions tailored to each customer's workflows, while working across product, engineering and customer teams and contributing to account growth.
What you'll do
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, building relationships and driving delivery.
- Tailor automation solutions to the specific workflows of each customer.
- Configure, prompt and orchestrate AI agents so they can operate within complex, often legacy, business software.
- Support and monitor deployed agents so they run reliably and adapt as customer needs change.
- Act as a bridge between customers, product and engineering teams, relaying feedback and shaping the product direction.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and join sales conversations when needed.
- Take on varied technical work, from prototyping new techniques to optimizing document data extraction pipelines.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience setting up and tuning AI agents for clients, or a comparable background in client-facing delivery or project coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and genuine enjoyment of working directly with customers.
- Ability to explain complex ideas in clear, simple terms.
- Strong hands-on technical fundamentals, including JavaScript.
- Extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools.
- Web automation background with tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Interest in shaping the long-term product roadmap rather than applying quick fixes.
- Comfort collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues and working with urgency when deadlines tighten.
Bonus points
- Experience at an early-stage startup or recent work with agentic AI or agentic workflows.
- Computer science degree from a top university.
