We are looking for a Food Safety Audit Trainee to join our Audit & Risk team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
This function is essential to ensure the continuous evaluation and improvement of food-related processes, contributing to risk mitigation and the strengthening of the highest food safety standards.
We count on you to...
- Conduct internal Food Safety audits in the different food areas of the business;
- Identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and propose corrective actions that promote operational excellence;
- Provide consulting and technical support to teams, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
- Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of self-control systems and HACCP plans;
- Analyze Food Safety data and indicators, producing recommendations to support decision-making;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, promoting a culture of prevention, rigor, and safety;
- Collaborate with different stakeholders and business areas, ensuring clear and constructive communication;
- Travel frequently nationally to monitor operations and conduct audits.
So, bring with you...
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Food Engineering, Microbiology, Agronomic Engineering, Animal Science Engineering, Nutrition, or other Engineering fields;
- Knowledge of HACCP, risk management, and food safety;
- Knowledge of Excel and data analytics tools;
- Ability to critically analyze and interpret complex information;
- Strong sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and impartiality;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Dynamic, autonomous, confident profile focused on problem-solving;
- Curiosity and interest in continuous updating of technical knowledge;
- Driver's license and availability for frequent travel within the country.
