Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We're looking for a Fitness Manager to join our team at Kissing Tree, a 55+ active adult community in San Marcos, Texas, set in the Texas Hill Country. With a full-service Fitness Center, indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts, an on-site café, golf, and a strong calendar of fitness, wellness, and social programming, Kissing Tree offers residents countless ways to stay active and connected. The community is still growing toward nearly 3,000 homes at full build-out.

In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day operation and continued development of Kissing Tree's fitness and wellness offerings. You'll oversee facilities and programming, lead employees and fitness professionals, manage the department budget, build relationships with outside wellness partners, and help create experiences that support residents' health, connection, and quality of life.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a growing fitness and wellness department while helping shape what it becomes as the community continues to grow.

If you're someone who can combine fitness expertise with strong leadership, thoughtful operations, and a genuine desire to create a great resident experience, we'd love to meet you.
