Partner with stakeholders and vendors to gather, document, and refine business requirements
Support ERP configuration, implementation activities, and integration discussions
Develop and execute testing scenarios (SIT/UAT); track issues and support resolution
Assist with data migration activities, including mapping and validation
Support user readiness through training and change-related activities
Act as a key liaison between end users, project teams, and external partners
What you bring:
3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in Finance or ERP projects
Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting) and procurement / purchasing workflows
Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations, business requirements documentation (BRDs, user stories), process mapping, and testing / UAT
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with vendors and supporting transformation initiatives
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
Proven ability to partner with Finance teams, assess processes, and deliver practical system or workflow improvements
