Financial Reporting Manager (6-8 Months Contract) #NKC

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee annual financial statements, statutory reporting and external audit coordination.
• Ensure financial reports comply with IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
• Review monthly and quarterly financial reports, financial ratios and management reports.
• Coordinate audit deliverables and liaise with external auditors on technical accounting matters.
• Review financial disclosures, regulatory filings and credit rating reports.
• Provide technical accounting advice on new transactions and support cross-functional reporting requirements.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and assignments as required.
