• Proven track record in a comparable finance position, coupled with extensive experience in stakeholder management (a strong B2B background is preferred).

• Experience working within a mature finance organization that incorporates Global Business Services delivery.

• Deep expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, local and IFRS standards, as well as Swedish tax regulations and accounting.

• Hands-on familiarity with SAP/S4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is highly desirable.

Strong proficiency in modern IT tools (especially Excel and Google Sheets) with comfort operating in a Nordic or international business environment.

Your Skills:

• Highly motivated, resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

• Courageous – ability to partner and challenge in a healthy and respectful way, cultivating effective relationships and having empathy for others.

• Ability to build and maintain effective networks and relationships, both internally and externally and use these to inform organisational direction.

• Strong analytical ability to generate insights, business cases and investment decisions.

• The ability to explain complex financial information in a clear way.

• Fluency in Swedish alongside excellent command of English.

• Alignment with our core values and winning mindset: Empower, Connect, Evolve, and Inspire.
