What Success Looks Like

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely likes numbers and enjoys figuring out what the numbers are telling them. You don't need years of experience—we're looking for someone with a strong academic foundation, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.

If you were the person in college who enjoyed finance classes, building Excel models, following the stock market, participating in an investment club, or digging into data just because you wanted to understand it better, this could be a great fit.
