• Analyse financial trends, variances, and operational results to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.

• Contribute to statutory reporting requirements, cash flow analysis, capital expenditure (CapEx) forecasting, and centre incentive calculations.

• Collaborate with the FP&A team on ad hoc reporting, financial analysis, and commercial projects aligned with business priorities.

• Support the development of reliable financial information to strengthen planning, decision-making, and accountability across the organisation.

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand business performance and translate financial findings into clear, practical recommendations.

• Maintain accurate financial data and reporting processes while supporting continuous improvements in analysis and reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or similar corporate finance role.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.

• Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; NetSuite experience is highly regarded.

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modelling.

• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with complex financial data.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and data visualisation tools is an advantage.

• CPA or CA qualification, or progress towards professional accreditation, is beneficial.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and communicate meaningful insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance colleagues.

• A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic business environment.

• A genuine commitment to child safety, wellbeing, equity, diversity, and inclusion, with alignment to values centred on care, quality, service, and value.

• Willingness to complete required pre-employment screening, including working-with-children checks where applicable, identity and qualification verification, work-rights checks, references, and mandatory child safety training.

Benefits:

• Experienced leadership: Benefit from hands-on leadership, supportive colleagues, and a workplace culture built on respect and collaboration.

• Purpose-driven work: Contribute to an organisation focused on early learning, child safety, wellbeing, and quality.

• Work-life balance: Enjoy a working environment that recognises the importance of flexibility and everyday wellbeing.

• Global opportunities with local connection: Be part of a larger international organisation while working closely with local teams and stakeholders.
