• Maintain project and cost centre reporting structures to support accurate financial reporting.
• Lead APAC finance activities supporting the NetSuite implementation and wider finance transformation initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable ways of working across the finance function.
• Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders, Group Finance, external advisors, and operational teams.
• Support and develop junior finance resources as the team grows.

Who you are:

• A hands-on finance leader who enjoys balancing operational delivery with strategic financial support.
• Commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insight.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing competing priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• A confident communicator who can effectively partner with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills:

• Qualified CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience leading finance activities including month-end close, reporting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and experience working within multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

• Strong project accounting and project financial reporting experience.
• Proven cashflow forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering capability.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
