Position: Finance & HR Manager
Location: Moo 5, Phlu Ta Luang, Sattahip, Chonburi, 20180
Working Time: Monday Friday 8.30 AM 5.30 PM
Job Descriptions:
1. Finance Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and all accounting and administrative processes within the office, organize, prioritize and completing of tasks effectively
- Managing budgets, maintaining statistical and financial records
- Optimizing and support the financial results set as target by the Management
- Direct involvement for overall operations cost control and tracking
- Maintain the structure of company accounts, including profit and loss.
- Support General Manager in monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Regional Office & HQ
- Responsible for timely and accurate month-end financial reports including profit & loss, AR & AP, aging reports to management
- Prepare audit schedules
- Administer and process expense claim
- Liaise with bankers, lawyers, tax agents, external auditors for annual audit and prepare tax schedule for Inland Revenue submission
- Monthly payroll processing ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Calculation of monthly commission payment
- Recruitment handling
- Handles Foreign Employment Pass and other work permits application and renewal
- Manage office, performance management, staff benefits and compensation policy
- Enhance and formalize existing HR policies and procedure
- Streamline travel request process and leave application procedures
- Administration of insurance matters
- Overall in charge for office administrative matters
Qualification:
- Professional qualifications in required fields
- Prior supervisory experience in both Finance & HR roles
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate work with others
- Knowledge of 365 Dynamics Business Central will have an advantage
- Pleasant personality with positive attitude
- Able to work in Sattahip, Chonburi
