About MOWI

We specialize in the processing of salmon and seafood. Our international success is built on an uncompromising approach to quality and freshness. Mowi stands for years of experience combined with openness to innovative solutions. It is also about respect for the ocean and its natural resources. Thanks to this mindset, today we are a global leader in salmon processing, and our seafood products are both delicious and healthy.

In Poland, we have been operating for several years. We run 9 production facilities across three locations: Duninowo and Lębork. Our production plant in Duninowo, near Ustka, is one of the largest and most advanced fish processing facilities in the world. This is where the majority of nearly 200,000 tons of products are produced and distributed across four continents. In Gdańsk, we have our Business Support Center as well as teams responsible for sales, IT, and marketing.

Mowi would not exist without its people — it’s that simple. In Poland, we employ over 4,000 people, while globally Mowi employs 12,200 people across 25 countries. We are a team of determined professionals and passionate individuals who want to make the world a better place. We value trust and openly share knowledge, experience, and ideas. Anyone who shares these values will feel right at home at Mowi. Join us.
