• Lead Field Support Operator training in partnership with AV tech partners
• Coordinate incident response drills and manage auditing activities with FSO partners
• Work closely with Uber cross-functional teams to identify and resolve dependencies to highlight resource requirements, help inform budgets, help define KPIs, and be accountable for performance
• Approach data with curiosity and a focus on accuracy; you’ll identify and report trends, helping the team think creatively through solutions while working to turn ideas into actionable plans

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Possess experience in launching new products or services in existing/new markets
• Self-starter who thrives in an environment of responsibility and independence, making smart judgements despite ambiguity
• Track record of successful project development and implementation through principled execution, an understanding of operational factors, and their impacts on unit economics
