• Demonstrated PC hardware troubleshooting experience (Dell preferred), experience with serial-based technologies, handheld scanners, and label/laser/multifunction printing. Basic AV support experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills, operational excellence mindset (root cause analysis, process/risk reduction, change management), and broad IT knowledge/awareness of industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences and work effectively in cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Candidate must be a self-motivated problem solver capable of operating with limited supervision. Onsite presence required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science/IT or related field preferred.
• Certifications: CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ preferred; experience with security tools (Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Netskope, Cisco VPN/ISE) is a plus.
