Field Service Engineer (X-Ray)
Territory: Northern California, Oregon, Washington & Northern Nevada/Reno
Job Summary
Using established company guidelines, the Field Service Engineer performs on-site installation, preventive maintenance, routine repair, troubleshooting, and calibration of Konica Minolta Healthcare products and equipment. This is a field-based position supporting customers throughout an assigned territory covering Northern California, Oregon, Washington State, and Northern Nevada/Reno. Regular travel to customer sites throughout the territory is required.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Performs on-site installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of company products and equipment.

Provides technical and service support to KMHA customers as well as Sales, Service, and Management teams.

Serves as a primary customer contact for technical and service-related issues.

Identifies equipment malfunctions, diagnoses problems, and takes appropriate corrective action.

Trains customer personnel on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance.

Represents the company professionally in all interactions with customers.

Prepares and maintains daily service logs, reports, and documentation of work performed.

Manages a variety of field service assignments requiring independent problem-solving and technical judgment.

Experience with the installation and service of CR/DR modality products preferred.

General knowledge and understanding of DICOM.

Experience with the installation, construction, and/or service of X-ray rooms and portable X-ray products preferred.

Travels regularly throughout the assigned territory to provide installation, maintenance, and service support.
