Sold software to property managers? Run revenue for one? We want to talk to you.
AirDNA has spent more than a decade building the richest dataset in short-term rentals. Now we're putting it to work.
Adapt is our AI-powered dynamic pricing tool. The early results have been so strong that we're doubling down on it hard in 2027. We're building a field sales team to take it to the next level.
This isn't a job for someone who waits for leads. There are no inbound leads and no SDRs. You own a territory, you open the doors, and you close the deals.
As our first Adapt seller in your region, you’ll set how we sell here and have plenty of room to move up as the team grows.
What you'll do:
- Own a territory end to end: prospect, pitch, pilot, negotiate and close
- Sell to the owners, CEOs and revenue leaders of property managers
- Build business cases that show them how to get more revenue for less than they spend today
- Work the events that matter in your region and become a name people know
- Bring what you hear from customers straight back to our product team, so Adapt keeps getting better
You might be exactly who we're looking for if you:
- Have sold revenue management, pricing or property management software to short-term rental property managers
- Or have worked inside as a property manager in revenue, pricing or operations, and know exactly what keeps them up at night
- Already have relationships in your market that you can turn into conversations in your first month
- Love outbound, and are happiest in front of a customer
- Want to be early on something that's growing fast
- Are happy on the road, travelling regularly across your territory to meet customers
What you get:
- A strong base plus commission set for where you're based
- A product customers are pushing for, and the backing of a company that's all in on winning
- 25 holidays per year
- Language lessons (Catalan-French-Italian-Spanish)
- Continuing education stipend
- Paid parental leave
- Work at the intersection of data, technology, and travel in a high-growth company.
- Build something from scratch. You'll be the founding Adapt seller in your region, with no playbook to inherit. You write it.
- Talented international team and a vibrant work environment
- Bottom-up management: we listen to your ideas and implement them
Hiring Process:
- First stage: Virtual interview with the People Team at AirDNA (Online-30min)
- Second stage: Meet the Director of Sales, PM (Online-30min)
- Third stage: Case Study + Panel Interview with Director of Sales, PM and Account Management Manager (30 min)
- Final stage: Meet our CEO (30min)
- Post-offer / Pre-employment: Reference and employment verification check
Ideal start date: Tomorrow?
Where: Remote, based in your territory, with regular travel across it.
