Field Safety Coordinator

At Cooper Tacia, we’re building more than projects; we’re building a company where talented people can do meaningful work, take ownership, and grow.

Founded in North Carolina in 2003, Cooper Tacia is a dynamic general contractor serving clients across the Southeast. Our work spans complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, education, government, multifamily, aviation and civil and environmental projects, but what defines us isn’t simply what we build. It’s how we approach the work: with creativity, collaboration, accountability, and a drive to continually raise the standard.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us. People who bring ideas to the table, build strong relationships, take pride in their work, and want to make an impact on the projects, partners, and communities we serve.

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Safety Coordinator to support our growing project portfolio across our Southeast division.
