Field leadership role at Vault Roofing (an Allstar Services brand) in Richmond, VA: run day-to-day residential roofing installations, manage crews and subcontractors, enforce quality and safety standards, and own jobs from start to closeout. It is a hands-on construction operations role, not a software engineering position.
Vault Roofing continues to expand into new territories, and we’re hiring a Field Superintendent to “run the show” in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep residential roofing installation experience who can manage crews, drive quality, and keep jobs moving on schedule. If you’ve led high-volume residential roofing installs and know how to hold teams accountable, this is a high-impact role in a fast-growth environment.

- Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes)
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance
- Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations
- Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout
- Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency
