Feathery is the AI operating system for financial institutions. With hundreds of clients and over $30 million raised, Feathery is the fast-growing leader in financial agentic automation. Industry leaders like Tokio Marine, Sequoia Financial, and Cerity Partners run their client-facing workflows on Feathery, from onboarding and risk assessment to reconciling systems and generating proposals and reports.
At the center of it all is Robin, our AI operations assistant. Robin scans client documents, configures and deploys workflows, assists users in their day-to-day work, takes notes during meetings, and supports a growing range of operational tasks across the client lifecycle.
We're building a future where financial operations shift from paperwork, manual data entry, and disconnected systems to intelligent, automated workflows that let firms spend their time on clients instead of process. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Portage Ventures, Allstate Ventures, and Index Ventures, among others.
We're driven by a shared commitment to excellence and velocity. Our values — Own the Problem, Grit Beats Gloss, Say It Straight — shape how we work and grow as a team.
As Feathery grows across insurance and wealth management, conferences, industry events, and in-person programs are becoming an increasingly important part of how we build awareness, engage enterprise buyers, and generate pipeline.
We’re hiring a Field Marketing Specialist – North America to own the execution of our growing event and field marketing calendar. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to bring Feathery to life at industry conferences, customer and prospect events, executive programs, and other field activations — ensuring every program is well executed and connected to measurable business outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bringing events and programs to life and can manage the details from beginning to end.
You’ll own the execution of Feathery’s North America field marketing programs — from sponsorships, vendors, booths, attendee communications, and onsite logistics through Sales coordination, lead capture, follow-up, and reporting.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on where we show up and how we maximize each investment, while taking direct ownership of making the programs happen. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater ownership of Feathery’s event strategy — helping determine where we show up, how we invest, and which programs deliver the greatest impact.
The goal isn’t simply to run great events. It’s to turn them into meaningful experiences and conversations with the right customer relationships.
Own industry conferences and events end-to-end, including sponsorship coordination, registration, booth and materials, vendors, attendee communications, onsite logistics, and post-event follow-up
Manage multiple events simultaneously across timelines, budgets, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Coordinate Feathery’s presence across industry conferences, customer and prospect events, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and other field programs
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure every program is delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard
Travel across North America as needed to support key conferences and events
Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership to align events with priority accounts, territories, and pipeline goals
Coordinate pre-event outreach and meeting-booking efforts to ensure Sales gets maximum value from each program
Manage attendee and lead capture and ensure clear, timely handoff and follow-up after events
Help create opportunities for Sales to engage prospects and customers through dinners, roundtables, executive programs, and other targeted field activations
Keep Sales informed on event plans, attendee lists, meetings, leads, and follow-up actions
Track and evaluate event success across attendance, MQLs, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, sourced and influenced pipeline, and overall event ROI
Report on program performance and use results and Sales feedback to improve future events and investment decisions
Identify which events and programs are delivering the strongest engagement and commercial impact
Help improve and scale our event processes as Feathery’s field marketing program grows
