1. Client's contact window for any quality issues and site visiting, including abnormity, defects, and factory auditing
2. Be the representative of the company to regularly share product related quality information and events
3. Be able to write 8D report and do presentation
4. Be familiar with regulations regarding ISO, QC 7 standards, FMEA, MSA, APQP, etc
5. Possess proficient English writing and speaking ability, with TOEIC score over 800 or any other equal certificates
