- Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and system-integration issues involving battery packs, BMS, EMS, PCS, inverters, gateways, and edge devices.
- Analyze system logs, operating data, fault codes, and alarms to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with engineering and quality teams to resolve field issues, verify solutions, and improve product reliability.
- Develop service procedures, troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and customer-training materials.
- Provide occasional after-hours support and travel domestically to customer and project sites as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with batteries, BMS, energy-storage systems, power electronics, EV charging systems, or renewable-energy products.
- Experience commissioning or servicing battery packs, BMS, EMS, PCS, inverters, or cloud-connected energy systems.
- Familiarity with battery operating parameters, fault alarms, protection functions, state of charge, and state of health.
