- Emergency Management & Business Continuity: Incorporates resilience and business continuity requirements into facility project designs, including emergency system provisions.
- Capital Projects & Engineering Support: Leads all phases of project delivery including design development, construction management, system testing, and commissioning.
- Compliance, Risk & Audit Management: Ensures project documentation, permit compliance, and regulatory approvals are maintained throughout all project phases.
- Training & Competency Management: Coordinates project-specific training requirements for operations and maintenance personnel prior to system handover.
- Financial & Resource Management: Controls project budgets and forecasts; manages cost tracking, change order approval, and expenditure reporting against approved appropriations.
- Performance Management & Continuous Improvement: Continuously improves project delivery performance by tracking schedule adherence, budget accuracy, and post-project lessons learned.
- Leadership & People Management: Leads project teams including internal resources, design consultants, and construction contractors throughout the full project lifecycle.
